Door to Door Solicitation |
May 7th,
2026:
Concord Township has a resolution ( 2014-05 ) that
prohibits transient vendors from door to door
solicitation to sell, offer for sale, or
solicit orders for future delivery of goods or attempt
to arrange an appointment for a future estimate or sales
call.
Residents of Concord Township who are contacted by, or
observe, door to door solicitors should call 911
to report the prohibited activity. The Miami
County Sheriff Department will dispatch a deputy to
inform the solicitor of the violation and order them to
immediately leave the area.
