Bid for Case Tractor

The Board of Trustees of Concord Township, Miami County, Ohio is offering for sale, by sealed bid, a 1997 Case 4210 Tractor including a rotary mower. There are approximately 2679 hours on the tractor. Bids must be submitted to Concord Township, 1150 Horizon West Court Troy, Ohio 45373 in a sealed envelope with “BID FOR CASE TRACTOR” written on the outside. The bid shall contain the amount being offered by the buyer for the tractor and mower and must include the name and contact information of the bidder. The tractor will be sold to the highest bidder, with the Board of Trustees reserving the right to reject all bids. The tractor may be seen by appointment. Bids must be received no later than 10:00 a.m. on July 8, 2025 at which time the bids will be opened and tabulated. The bid opening will be held at the regular meeting of the Concord Township Board of Trustees located at 1150 Horizon West Court, Troy, Ohio 45373.
